Service is appalling and the wait time for "fast food" could be anything from 10 mins to 40 mins. Tonight was over 20 minutes and the queue at the grill parking was so far back you couldn't even drive away if you'd recieved your order. Again my order was wrong, paid extra for bacon and didn't receive it usually its missed items or just the completely wrong order. Big signs up around it about use the app to jump the queue, definitely not the case at this McDonald's. On one occasion I went in and ordered a McFlurry and I had to ask for it after waiting over half an hour to get it. And don't get me started on the click and serve. Half an hour wait to receive my food and they weren't even busy. Also the fact they shut it around 3/4 pm while other McDonald's not too far away can keep theirs open all the time. Really needs to buck up their ideas. They also.need to think more of the customers that actually travel to the restaurant instead of the ones that use Uber Eats or Deliveroo as these orders seem to take priority.

The toilets stunk of pee, the floor was sticky and there was pee up the walls that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Sitting in the main seating area you could see the grime on the floors and food that had been pushed into corners. The food was normal standard but I dread to think of the cleanliness of the kitchen.
